Choir

Drama
The St. Mark's Chancel Choir: helps contribute to the leadership of the worship service with song. The Choir contributes an anthem each Sunday and a full cantata with drama each Easter and Christmas Season to enhance the worship experience.

The Choir is for any adult or youth who loves to sing, to praise God, and to have fun in the process. We invite anyone who meets these criteria to come to Choir practice on Wednesday at 7:30 pm.

Bells
St. Mark's Handbell Ensembles: We have two ensembles that present music in worship on a regular basis. The Bells of Saint Marks rehearse on Wednesday evenings at 6pm. This is an advanced group, and while there are currently no vacancies, we are always looking for competent substitute ringers! Friday Bells rehearse each Friday morning at 9am. There are several vacancies in this ensemble and no experience is necessary! Please call Janet Carter (913 722 2310) if you are interested in joining.
The St. Mark's Children's Choir: is directed by Jeri Anderton who brings her considerable talent and love for God to this task. Children's Choir is a wonderful place for children to have fun singing and to learn more about God through music. Children's Choir practices during KidsTime with Christ twice a month. Children first attend worship and after their special time with the pastor in the 9:30 service, they go to KidsTime.
